Return Replacement Refund

The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Perishable goods such as food items, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, and other food items, Gift cards.

Some health and personal care items.

3. Process for Returns and Refunds

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

For defective products or order errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
